| Nick joined Workmen's as the President and CEO in June 2004. Since then he has been instrumental in product and pricing initiatives, as well as setting the Company direction. Before coming to the Company, he held several senior management positions at large and mid-sized insurance companies. He started his career over 20 years ago as an actuarial student ultimately achieving his FCAS. Nick has a bachelors degree in Mathematics from Penn State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. |

| Denise joined Workmen's in July 2004 as the CFO and in January 2008 added the title of Chief Operating Officer as she took on additional responsibilities. Most recently, Denise has been the champion of the Company's new Shared Values and Vision and Mission statements. Prior to joining the Company, she held several other CFO positions at various insurance companies. Denise's career began 20 years ago in public accounting where she obtained her CPA. Denise has a bachelors degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from UCLA. |

| John joined Workmen's as a Vice President in November 2004. During his time with the Company, he has been responsible for our Operations, Product, Compliance and IT functions. Today his responsibilities include Claims and IT, which keep us focused on our future. John brings over 10 years of insurance experience to the team that he gained working in various capacities with several different insurance companies. |

| John joined Workmen's as a Vice President in November 2004. Since then he has been instrumental in developing and implementing our enhanced distribution strategy and field force. John has 15 years experience in the insurance industry in many areas - underwriting, product and marketing - which he gained by working with several nationally known insurance companies. Currently, John is responsible for business development overseeing underwriting, customer service and product development. John has a bachelors degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Economics from Kansas State University. |

| Christine joined Workmen's in 1983. Since then she has held several management positions within the Company including being responsible for Underwriting, Operations, and Office Services. Today she is responsible for Risk Management, Human Resources and Facilities. In recent years, Christine has helped the Company become more peoplecentric by improving our recruiting, hiring and training efforts. Christine has an associates degree in Business from San Jose City College. |
