Nicholas J. Lannutti, FCAS, MAAA
President and CEO
Nick joined Workmen's as the President and CEO in June 2004. Since then he has been instrumental in product and pricing initiatives, as well as setting the Company direction. Before coming to the Company, he held several senior management positions at large and mid-sized insurance companies. He started his career over 20 years ago as an actuarial student ultimately achieving his FCAS. Nick is an enthusiastic soccer fan and especially enjoys watching and sometimes refereeing his sons’ matches! |

Denise M. Tyson, CPA
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Denise joined Workmen's in July 2004 as the CFO and in January 2008 added the title of Chief Operating Officer as she took on additional responsibilities. Most recently, Denise has been the champion of the Company’s new Shared Values and Vision and Mission statements. Prior to joining the Company, she held several other CFO positions at insurance companies. Denise's career began 20 years ago in public accounting where she traveled the world and worked with several high profile clients. Denise enjoys the beach, taking long drives and watching sunsets! |

John H. Mejia
Vice President, Operations
John joined Workmen's as a Vice President in November 2004. He has been responsible for our Operations, Product, Compliance and IT functions. Today his responsibilities include Claims and IT, which keep him very busy. John brings over 10 years of insurance experience to the team that he gained working in various capacities with several different insurance companies. John is a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, as well as a huge supporter of his kids’ sports teams! |

Geri Relich, CPA
Vice President, Finance
Geri joined Workmen's in August 2005 as a Vice President. Today she is responsible for all financial and control aspects of the Company. Geri has spent most of her time with the Company strengthening controls and focusing on process improvements. Geri comes to the Company with 30 years of banking and insurance experience. Geri enjoys spending time with her grandchildren! |

Harvey Lightstone
Vice President, Customer Care
Harvey joined Workmen's as a Vice President in January 2005. He has more than 30 years insurance company experience. Since being with the Company, he has rebuilt the Claims function to be fast, fair and courteous. Today he is responsible for our Customer Care operations. His vast insurance knowledge has grown over the years from working with large, well-known insurance companies in claims, underwriting and call center capacities. Harvey enjoys spending time with his friends and family in his RV! |

Christine R. Chandler-Tillett
Vice President, Administration
Christine joined Workmen's in 1983. Since then she has held several management positions within the Company including being responsible for Underwriting, Operations, and Office Services. Today she is responsible for Risk Management, Human Resources and Facilities. In recent years, Christine has helped the Company become more peoplecentric by improving our recruiting, hiring and training efforts. Christine enjoys taking long walks and spending time with her children! |

John Crispi
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
John joined Workmen's as a Vice President in November 2004. Since then he has been instrumental in developing and implementing our enhanced distribution strategy and field force. John is a dynamic "sales guy" with great ideas and connections! He has 15 years experience in the insurance industry in many areas – underwriting, product and marketing – which he gained by working with several nationally known insurance companies. John is an avid surfer and skin diver! |
